Contact Your Lawmakers

Please join us in calling on the expansion of the Good Samaritan Law in Maine by contacting your lawmakers today! Unsure who your legislators are? Click here to find out.

Give your lawmakers a call and ask if they support the Maxmin amendment, the Minority Report, on LD 1862. If they do, thank them for their commitment to the health and safety of our community. If they don’t, or if they need some more information, you can reference and share this document to explain how the Maxmin amendment will significantly reduce the fear of calling 911 at the scene of an overdose, which will save the lives of our friends, family members, and neighbors.

You can also email your lawmaker with the above messages and attach this document for their reference.
